Duties and responsibilities : Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff; Monitor the sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments; Maintain and increase market penetration; Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal of a vehicle dealership Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Haval etc. Solid track reference and excellent management skills Ability to ensure profitable business Clear criminal record Tertiary education and management training beneficial Basic salary of R 75 000 to R 90 000 plus incentives and benefits Send CV to:
