Dealer Principal

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff
• Monitor the sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments
• Maintain and increase market penetration
• Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal of a vehicle dealership
• Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Haval etc.
• Solid track reference and excellent management skills
• Ability to ensure profitable business
• Clear criminal record
• Tertiary education and management training beneficial
