Requirements: Degree in Management or equivalent qualification advantageous. Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence. 5 10 years' experience in a Branch Manager role within the Trucking Industry. Strong commercial and business management experience. Experience managing sales, aftersales, workshop and parts operations. Financial management and branch profitability experience. Customer relationship management experience. Staff leadership and people management experience. Strong operational and strategic planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
