Dealer Principal

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or similar (advantageous). Minimum 810 years' automotive industry experience . At least 5 years' experience as a Dealer Principal or Senior General Manager within a franchised dealership. Strong understanding of New Vehicles, Used Vehicles, Aftersales, Parts, and F&I operations. Proven track record in achieving sales targets, profitability, and managing dealership P&L. Experience with Dealer Management Systems (Keyloop, Kerridge, Evolve or similar). Valid driver's licence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all dealership departments.
