Dealer Network Coordinator

The Dealer Network Coordinator will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and optimizing Dealer Network operations within an assigned territory. This role will act as the main link between BYD Argentina and its dealers, ensuring proper implementation of brand standards, commercial guidelines, customer experience processes and operational practices to improve dealer performance, market coverage and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor dealer performance and support the implementation of action plans to improve results.
• Conduct regular field visits to dealers within the assigned territory.
• Ensure compliance with BYD brand standards, facility guidelines, and operational processes.
• Support dealer network development, including new openings, relocations, facility upgrades, and coverage opportunities.
• Follow up on sales performance, market share, customer satisfaction, NPS, mystery shopper, stock availability...
