Responsibilities
- Lead a team of subject matter experts or technical specialists to meet daily customer service objectives.
- Manage short‑term activities and ensure processes are executed effectively to maintain service quality.
- Resolve complex issues that require research, judgment, and best‑practice consideration.
- Communicate and update other leaders to maintain alignment and operational stability.
- Oversee service delivery across multiple channels to ensure positive customer relationships and continued engagement.

Project Shift Schedule: Rotation
Project Rest Day: Rotation
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Trade Promotions
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
