This position reports to the VP Operations and Site governance and is part of the Operations and Site Governance team and will be an on-site role. The DBS Director lean must have a strong Gemba-orientation (spend time and drive change at the ‘real place’ – where the ‘value happens’   

What you will do: 

• Accelerate SQDC performance at mentored OpCos and sites by applying DBS tools, structured problem solving, kaizen,...
