The role demands a hands-on operational leader to oversee both front and back of house operations, driving service excellence, team growth, and commercial performance, working daytime hours only. Positioned at the heart of daily operations, the successful candidate will maintain premium hospitality standards while safeguarding profitability. This position is full-time - 5 and half days per week (day time restaurant).
