Scope
This hybrid implementation & long‑term ownership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up and optimizing them post‑launch. The position begins with a focus on end‑to‑end implementation of key Dayforce modules—including onboarding, recruitment, compensation, succession planning, and metrics & dashboards—before transitioning to primary system ownership and continuous improvement.
