Day Surgery Unit Ward/PACU Department Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Day Surgery Unit as the Ward Manager for the Day Surgery Ward and Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU). Our GIRFT accredited Surgical Hub undertakes elective surgical day procedures in a dedicated and specialist environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide strong, visible leadership and clinical and operational management across both areas. You will lead a dedicated Multi‑Disciplinary Team (MDT), fostering a culture focused on patient safety, high‑quality care, and performance excellence. You will be expected to work collaboratively with the Lead for Day Surgery Theatres to ensure the smooth running of the department.
