**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Monitor and control plant operations from a centralized control room to ensure optimal performance and safety
+ Respond to alarms and troubleshoot equipment issues in real-time
+ Coordinate with field personnel to maintain continuous and efficient operations
+ Record and analyze operational data to support process improvements
+ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
