We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Day Shift Engineer to join our engineering team at a prestigious portfolio of luxury residential apartments in Kensington and Belgravia area.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks and emergency call-outs during your shift.
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, motors, valves, pressurisation units, domestic water systems, and associated plant.
