Day and Night Transport Admin Required

If you have excellent telephone and computer skills, then we have a great position working for our leading company based in Basildon.
Staffline is recruiting for a Day or Night Transport Clerk to work in Basildon.
The pay is £14.18 on Days and £15.60 on Nights per hour and you will work on a 4 on 4 off basis between 06:00 to 18:00 on Days and 18:00hrs to 06:00hrs on Nights.
Flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the client.
This is a temporary / ongoing role with an immediate start. Training will be given once started.

Your Time at Work
As a Transport Clerk, you will work in the site office with the transport team and undertake the following duties:
- General Transport administrator duties, including maps
- Use of Microlise for Planning and Scheduling
. Despatch and debrief of drivers
. Collation of statistical information for reporting
- Staff Rotas and Holidays
- Compliance
