Distributed Training Engineering: Participate in the implementation of large‑scale distributed training solutions; own the engineering delivery of data parallelism, model parallelism (Tensor Parallelism / Pipeline Parallelism), and ZeRO techniques; continuously tune GPU utilization and ensure the stability of ultra‑large‑scale training jobs.
