Data Security Manager

Description:

The Business Systems Analyst supports the design, maintenance, and governance of security across Human Capital applications including PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, and UKG. This role assists with building, testing, and provisioning user access, resolving security-related defects, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.

Responsibilities

• Provision and maintain HCM security roles, job roles, and data access.
• Manage Secure Requests and troubleshoot access issues across HR applications.
• Review, triage, and resolve security defects; partner with functional and technical teams on root-cause analysis.
• Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM release testing, validating security role impacts and updates.
