Data Product Owner

Job Description
We're looking for a Product Owner to join the team of a large fleet management client. On a day-to-day basis, this Data Product Owner will operate in 2-week sprints, spending the majority of their time partnering directly with external customers to understand how they want to consume fleet and telematics data, then translating those needs into clear user stories, features, and API or dashboard-driven data products. They will lead discovery sessions, virtual roadshows, and working sessions to gather requirements, collaborate with engineering and data teams on ETL and product delivery, and help shape how data is exposed through APIs and developer platforms. Internally, they will use SQL and Power BI to monitor product usage, maintain KPI dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and performance, while continuously refining features and presenting insights, roadmaps, and proposals to leadership.
