Data Performance Manager

We’re looking for a Data Performance Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data, performance information and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement across the organisation. From overseeing key performance dashboards and regulatory returns to analysing trends, benchmarking our performance and challenging us to improve, you’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders, Board members and colleagues across the business, you’ll help ensure our data is accurate, meaningful and impactful.
