Data Migration Test Lead (Contract role)

The Data Migration Test Lead role focuses on delivering high-quality data migration outcomes within a large-scale platform uplift program in the general insurance domain, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of very large datasets. The role involves leading a team while driving robust testing and validation strategies across complex data migrations, including hands-on SQL-based data validation, API testing, and ETL verification. It emphasises close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to validate data flows, identify issues early, and ensure seamless, reliable migration across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end testing activities for large-scale data migration, including defining and executing comprehensive data validation and reconciliation strategies between legacy and target systems.
