The Role

Join Stansted Airports Data & Insight Team and help drive a truly dataled culture across the organisation. In this senior role, youll shape how the airport uses data to improve customer experience, enhance operational performance and support strategic decision making.

As a data SME, youll partner with departments across the airport to build reliable, insightful data products and deliver highquality analytics that uncover trends, solve operational challenges and demonstrate the value of datadriven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a senior team member, deputising for the Head of Data & Insight, providing thought leadership and supporting Performance Analysts. 
Deliver accurate, actionable insights from multiple data sources; lead deepdive analysis into performance and system issues; manage delivery of key data outputs.
