Data Governance Sr Manager, Data Access and Privacy Lead (Barcelona)

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Sr Manager to lead the Data Access and Privacy capability pillar as part of our General Data Governance Team. This role is responsible for the strategic design, development, implementation, and adoption of data access and privacy efforts to further advance PepsiCo's data governance framework.

The Access and Privacy lead sets the enterprise direction for how data is accessed, protected, and used responsibly across PepsiCo— delivering the policies, standards, procedures, and controls that govern data access and privacy compliance, and ensuring business requirements are translated into effective platform-level implementations.
