• Customer Address updates
• Data Conversions
• Ship date changes
• Work on general cases (maintenance, status, invoices, reprints, expedites, etc.) for orders that are still in the current system
• Will learn the new system and help out with workload while the team gets familiar with it
• others as requested

Work Shift: Day (Mexico - Jalisco)
