Job Summary

The Data Entry & Order Processing Coordinator is responsible for receiving customer purchase orders (POs), accurately entering orders into the ERP/system, coordinating order fulfillment with the warehouse, generating invoices, and processing customer returns and credit notes (CNs). The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective coordination with customers, warehouse teams, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Receive and review customer Purchase Orders (POs).
• Verify order details, pricing, product codes, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP/system within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all order information is complete and correct before processing.
