Data Engineer - Insight Global (Banff)

Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking two qualified Data Engineers to support a leading insurance company in a modernization project migrating from SAS to Databricks. The data engineers will work with business users to create containers in Databricks, assist users in moving from SAS, teach AI features, and provide business analysis.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a data engineer.
• Solid knowledge of Databricks.
• Proficiency with AI-augmented delivery (coding).
• Experience coding SAS (Statistical Analysis System).
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Excellent communication skills.
