- Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL migration, and interface development experience
- Deep knowledge of asset finance domains, including: Assets & Residual Value Management, Asset Finance accounting fundamentals, Auto-Leasing and Equipment Finance Concepts, Hire Purchase & loan structures, In-Life contract servicing, Quote to contract lifecycle
- Proven experience in designing integrations using APIs, XML, web services
- Strong functional understanding of business workflows and finance operations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing consulting skills
