In this role you will lead the Data u0026amp; Insights efforts for People u0026amp; Culture, acting as the strategic bridge between HR/Pu0026amp;C stakeholders and Data u0026amp; Digital delivery teams. You will shape demand strategy, build trusted executive partnerships, and guide data and technology initiatives that advance the Pu0026amp;C agenda. You’ll manage a demand pipeline, prioritize high-impact work, and develop a team of direct reports. This is an opportunity to influence Pu0026amp;C data capabilities at scale and work with cross-functional leaders to drive transformation.
