What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end client data delivery projects and solution execution.

Collaborate with clients, Sales teams, Account teams, and internal stakeholders regarding data usage, delivery requirements, and operational execution. Define and manage data product requests within contractual terms, SLAs, and compliance requirements. Coordinate file receipt, data appends, workflow execution, report generation, and final client delivery. Monitor delivery accuracy and validate work against client specifications and quality standards. Review, document, and manage contractual or solution changes, process improvements, and delivery modifications. Research, troubleshoot, and communicate updates regarding system, workflow, or data issues with urgency and professionalism.
