Data Centre Shift Lead – Critical Infra, 24/7

Cushman & Wakefield in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a Shift Lead for its Data Centre operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising shift technicians and ensuring the reliable operation of critical infrastructure.

This role requires a diploma in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with an A4 Electrical Chargeman Certificate. Candidates must be comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
