Job Scope The
Project Engineer
will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the deployment, installation, and commissioning of data center infrastructure and IT systems. This includes managing cabling works, server and network equipment setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role requires strong hands-on technical capability coupled with project planning and coordination skills. The Project Engineer will work closely with project leads, clients, vendors, and technicians to ensure smooth project execution from the construction phase to the data center handover. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation and commissioning activities of data center equipment, including servers, storage, network devices, and power systems.
Review and interpret rack elevation drawings, patching matrices, and network diagrams to ensure correct deployment and cabling layout.
