Data Centre Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of quality operations and maintenance services, including preventive and corrective maintenance work, additions and alterations, and renovations performed by contractors and subcontractors.
• Attend to all emergencies and incidents, planned works (e.g., shutdown maintenance) on weekdays and/or weekends, and public holidays if required.
• Maintain situational awareness of data center performance and propose recommendations to improve or achieve power usage efficiency as stipulated by the client or authority.
• Conduct energy optimization studies and recommend improvements, such as airflow management, containment strategies, and setpoint optimization.
• Develop and propose improvements to all maintenance-related SOPs and work processes with the Authority and the Operations Team, and work closely with operations teams to implement EOPs/MOPs for mechanical system interventions.
