Data Center Technicians

We are seeking skilled Data Center Technicians to join our team in supporting the daily operations and maintenance of our state-of-the-art data centre facilities. Reporting to the Data Center Operation Lead, you will play a hands-on role in monitoring systems, responding to alerts, and ensuring continuous uptime.

• Perform monitoring and management of data centre infrastructure, environment, and facilities
• Identify and respond to system alerts, escalating incidents as needed
• Conduct incident management and coordinate with vendors/contractors
• Assist with service desk operations and internal team liaisons
• Support disaster recovery planning and execution activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of building records, licences, permits etc.
• Adhere to operational procedures, processes and service level agreements
• Identify and report any operational gaps or issues
