About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for full‑time work in Whanganui District, NZ. This is an on‑site position supporting mission‑critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
- Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
- Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
- Perform cross‑connects and patch panel work
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
- Document all work with photos and detailed notes
- Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
