Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware installation, decommissioning, and migrations
- Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
- Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
- Perform cross‑connects and patch panel work
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
- Document all work with photos and detailed notes
- Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience
- Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single‑mode/multi‑mode fiber)
