Data Center Technician, Data Center Operations (Zaragoza)

We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in networking.
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders in Spain and across EMEA, requiring Spanish and English language proficiency.
