We at Coforge are seeking a “Server Maintenance Specialist to to manage critical data center operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle server hardware troubleshooting (Dell & HP Servers & IBM servers)
- Perform root cause analysis & resolve IPMI-related issues
- Monitor system performance, health & alerts proactively
- Manage server tickets & ensure SLA-based resolution
- Coordinate with OEMs & vendors for critical issue handling
- Maintain inventory & asset tracking in EMS
