We are looking for a Data Center Security Specialist (DSS) to manage the day‑by‑day physical security operations of our Zaragoza data centers. The DSS will direct and manage contract guard force and provide leadership and guidance to security personnel.Responsibilities
Direct and manage contract guard force to run daily data center operations.Provide guidance and leadership to contract security provider personnel.Walk a facility and observe security gaps in physical barriers, security officer procedures, policies, surveillance equipment, and alarm points.Evaluate the contract security provider performance and service delivery and request corrective actions from vendors as needed.Foster working relationships to educate data center stakeholders on false alarm reductions.Extract metrics and observe improvements by looking at and analyzing data.Verify data center security programs are delivered to meet defined general security sta...
