Role Summary
The Data Center Operations & Customer Service Engineerprovides operational and technical support for production infrastructure andcustomer services. The role performs hands-on data center operations andsupports troubleshooting activities involving servers, networking equipment,and data center infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
. Respond to customer incidents and service requests according to SLA requirements. . Create and manage operational tickets and coordinate with engineering teams. . Perform routine data center inspections including servers, racks, cabling, and networking equipment. . Execute operational procedures such as rack/stack, cabling, and hardware component replacement. . Assist engineers with troubleshooting by collecting logs, hardware indicators, and diagnostic information. . Support monitoring systems and participate in incident response processes.
