Data Center Engineer

Job Responsibilities Perform day-to-day data center operations, including coordination with users, visitors, and subscribers. Manage and facilitate visitor access and activities within the data center environment. Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and operational activities. Handle operational and production-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. Monitor and manage incidents during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Support “hands and feet” operations across multiple data center sites in Singapore, including travel for incident and planned activities. Perform installation and decommissioning of IT equipment, including server racking and stacking. Carry out structured cabling tasks such as patching, labeling, and cable management. Conduct daily server health checks, site walkthroughs, reporting, and queue management (email/remedy systems).
