Data Center Design Manager (Electrical) (Madrid)

We are looking for a Spain/Italy‑based Data Center Design Manager (Electrical) who will manage the design, development, and implementation of innovative data center solutions. Reporting to the EMEA Director of Engineering – DC Segment, the role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in data center design and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Design Manager on data center projects, leading the electrical design scope from concept, through detailed design, to construction support and closeout.
• Remain hands‑on in electrical design, providing technical leadership and ownership of critical design aspects for mission critical facilities.
• Lead and coordinate electrical engineers and SMEs as part of a multidisciplinary design team on both large and small projects.
