Data Center Cost Engineer - Mandarin Speaker

NES Fircroft is seeking a Cost Engineer (Mandarin speaker) to be based in Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru for a DataCenter project. The role focuses on developing cost estimates for direct MEP items and supporting cost control across the project lifecycle.

You will benchmark costs, assist value engineering, coordinate with procurement on quotations, prepare breakdowns for approvals, and monitor variances to ensure cost targets are met.
