PathCare is a partnership of pathologists in private practice across South Africa that has been assisting doctors and healthcare professionals determine and confirm diagnoses since 1923. We are registered with the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) and all our laboratories are SANAS accredited.

We are undertaking a major systems renewal and data platform transformation. We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture across the organisation.

This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, governance, and strategic use of patient and operational data to support clinical, operational, and analytical initiatives. As a senior role with organisation‑wide influence, it is responsible for setting data architecture direction and standards across multiple systems and teams.
