Role Overview

The Data and AI Governance Lead is responsible for establishing, embedding, and continuously improving the Fidelity Life’s enterprise-wide data and AI governance frameworks to ensure data and AI assets are managed ethically, securely, compliantly, and effectively. This role provides key leadership across data quality, data ownership, metadata, privacy, risk, policy, controls, responsible AI, model governance, and regulatory compliance, enabling the organisation to maximise the value of data and AI solutions while managing risk.
