Location: East London
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Damp and Mould Operative to carry out remedial works within occupied social housing properties.
Role includes:

Identifying and treating damp and mould issues in residential properties
Carrying out remedial works including cleaning, treating affected areas, and minor repairs
Diagnosing causes of damp and implementing effective solutions
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Adhering to all health & safety guidelines
Providing a professional and customer-focused service
