We’re looking for a skilled and conscientious Damp & Mould Operative to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll help create safer, healthier living environments by identifying, treating, and preventing damp, mould and condensation issues in occupied residential properties.

This is a hands-on, resident-facing position where your practical skills and attention to detail will directly improve people’s quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Carrying out damp and mould inspections in occupied homes

* Diagnosing issues caused by damp, condensation and mould

* Applying anti-mould treatments and completing minor repairs, including:

* Patch plastering and redecoration

* Painting and sealing affected areas

* Minor joinery or general repair work

* Recording inspection findings and completed works using mobile app
