About the role

CI Hengstberger & J Stockdale operates an established small-to-medium-sized commercial dairy farm in Mardan, Victoria, managing a herd of more than 500 cattle.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dairy Cattle Farmer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful applicant will plan, organise and coordinate daily dairy operations while remaining actively involved in milk production, herd management and general farm activities.

This position requires practical dairy farming experience, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to take responsibility for key areas of the farm’s operations.
