Job responsibilities
- Operate and maintain modern dairy milking systems and associated equipment
- Monitor livestock health and behaviour, reporting any concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and report equipment faults or operational issues
- Operate farm machinery and perform routine maintenance and adjustments
- Record operational data, including milk production levels, vat temperatures, and herd counts
- Maintain accurate farm records and use computerised farm systems
