Sesame HR is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Full Cycle for the DACH market. You will own the entire customer journey: onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and growth, training clients on the platform and ensuring successful usage.
You’ll manage a client portfolio, build long-term relationships, and monitor CS KPIs. Fluent German and Spanish or English are required, with 2–3+ years in SaaS Customer Success expected.
