As a Managed Services D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer, you will deliver high-quality technical development, troubleshooting, and enhancements for D365 F&O environments, ensuring our clients receive reliable, efficient, and well-designed technical solutions.

Areas of Responsibility

Provide hands‑on development, troubleshooting, and technical support for D365 Finance & Operations in response to client requests within Service Level Targets (SLTs)

Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to enhance their use of D365 F&O, applying best practices in development and support delivery

Proactively identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues and risks to minimise disruption for clients

Collaborate with team members as part of a global managed services division
