Cytotechnologist (CT) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) at time of hire Physical Requirements Sitting or standing for long periods; daily exposure to disagreeable odors, chemicals and blood borne pathogens; lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25lbs. Ability to push a cart to other areas of the hospital for ROSE procedures. Repetitive motion daily. Shift Monday – Friday, (40 hrs/wk), 8:00am – 4:30pm. Job Summary UK Healthcare is seeking a Cytotechnologist. This position will perform laboratory procedures under the direction of the Cytopathology Supervisor.

Must successfully meet required performance standards of competency and proficiency testing. Performs primary screening of cytology slides with accuracy.
