CYP Child and Youth Program Direct Care Supervisor

Summary The Child and Youth Program (CYP) Direct Care Supervisor assists the center Director by supervising, supporting, and instructing Direct Care Professionals in CDCs and SAC Programs. They oversee staff accountability, manage schedules, model proper interactions, and maintain program requirements. When necessary, they provide ratio coverage and can serve as the Manager on Duty, fully assuming the Director's responsibilities and oversight duties in their absence to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Supervisory duties comprise 25% of incumbent's time and include but are not limited to: Directs work to be accomplished by staff. Assigns work based on priorities, difficulty and requirements of assignments, and staff capabilities. Conducts annual performance reviews of staff. Participates in section staffing decisions.
