Cybersecurity Service Delivery — Hybrid Work & Growth

DEFEND in New Zealand is seeking a Service Delivery Associate to support the day-to-day health of our Managed Services. You will help with service reporting, updates to customers, and follow-up on issues in a modern SOC environment.

You'll learn cybersecurity operations, engage customers, and contribute to continuous improvement while collaborating with Operations Leads and other teams to deliver high-quality service across assigned customers.
